Hi, I guess CarbonCopyCloner did something with my external media drive wich AMC doesnt 'like'. What could that be? When will microsoft release to do for macbook pro. Strange is: AMC still reads from the drive, i can still edit the Project but i cannot add something - AMC doesnt write. Its all because of a clean install of OS10.5.6 and update to 3.5.1 from 3.1.1. I did a backup of my systemdrive to my external mediadrive via CarbonCopyCloner. Since then the drive wont show up in Media Creation or any other Menu within AMC any More.

I am not shure if that is the cause, but probably because before i had 10.5.6 and AMC3.1.1 and did not have this Problem. So i asume the Backup with Carbon Copy Cloner is the reason(?) Now i got Errors (debugging/exit/continue popup) when adding Audio Fades (even just the realtime-ones without rendering) or adding any other effects or want to render exiting ones.

Also i do not want to delete the Backup if i dont know this woulld turn things back. Now i have a temporaly workaround: using an USB Stick as Media drive for my Disolves, Fades, Titles, but.hey i did several things below, none of them helped -checked the rights via Command+I, Changed them to read and write over the whole external drive (guess that broke also any rights within my sysbackup but anyway.) -repaired the rights via Apple Disk Utility -disabled any drive filtering within AMC -Disabled AMA the drive is HFS+ formatted 1Tbyte over FW400, AMC 3.5.1, QT 7.5, Mac OS 10.5.6, Macbook Pro 4 Gbyte Ram for any ideas.
