As the title reads, Skype for Business 2013 contacts keep disappearing from my contact list and others lists in my organization when we relaunch the application. Its been going on for close to a year now and we are tried of having to re-add contacts that I'e already added to my contact list. I've tried the following already: Install the Skype for Business Online Module PowerShell from link Then Open Windows PowerShell (Run as Admin) Then run the below mentioned commands: • Set-ExecutionPolicy unrestricted • Import-Module LyncOnlineConnector • $cred = Get-Credential • $CSSession = New-CsOnlineSession -Credential $cred • Import-PSSession $CSSession -AllowClobber • Invoke-CsUcsRollback –identity *** Email address is removed for privacy *** • Where *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is the user with the issue.
The invoke script will take several minutes. The following did not fix the issue. When we restart the application, a contact will be missing from the list.
